Club Agreement

By joining the R. Stuart & Co. Wine Club you will receive a package three times a year that includes the following:
• Two to three bottles of carefully selected wines ($50-80 value, before shipping), tasting notes, recipes paired with each wine and other menu and party ideas.
• You will also enjoy: 20% off wine purchases (6 bottle minimum), complimentary admission to select winery events, a private tour and barrel tasting when you visit the winery (limit one per year please, date must be arranged in advance)
In an effort to coincide with favorable weather conditions, shipments will be sent in November, March and June.
By signing up for the R. Stuart & Co. Wine Club you agree to the following:
• I certify that I am 21 years of age or older.
• I accept that it is my responsibility to notify the winery of any change of address, telephone, e-mail, or credit card changes at least two weeks prior to the scheduled shipment date. Should a credit card be declined for two shipments, the membership will be cancelled.
• R. Stuart & Co. is not responsible for additional shipping charges incurred due to misdirected or returned shipments.
• If I choose to pick up my shipment at the winery, I agree to schedule a mutually agreeable time. If I do not pick up or make arrangements to pick up the shipment, after eight weeks it will be forfeited.
• I understand that I may cancel membership by e-mail or in writing at any time after receiving two shipments. If I cancel before the fulfillment of two shipments, there will be a $40 cancellation fee.
• I authorize R. Stuart & Co. to charge my credit card on file for payment of R. Stuart & Co. Wine Club shipments.

Due to changing inventories and shipping costs, we'll charge you for each shipment at the time it ships.  

By "purchasing" this product you'll sign up for the wine club.  We'll then be in touch with you to finalize any details.
